We provide narrative summary appraisals of agricultural property located within the State of Iowa.  Our appraisals establish valuations for current fair market value purposes, estate tax purposes, litigation purposes, and financing purposes.

How much does an appraisal cost?

What service territories are covered by our wetland mitigation banks?

We currently own/operate four (4) established wetland mitigation banks across the State of Iowa.  Our current service territories cover portions of western Iowa, portions of central Iowa, and portions of eastern Iowa.  Contact us for specific service territory locations.
